Tiny Paintings for Big Hearts Public Art Installation for Elmhurst Hospital, Elmhurst NY - Nicole Pearce is one of 3,000 New York City-based artists to receive $5,000 through the City Artist Corps Grants program, presented by The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) and the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA), with support from the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) as well as Queens Theatre. As well as support of the Gallim Moving Women Residency.

PUBLIC ART INSTALLATION (Home of a private collector) THE EYE is a plexiglass sculpture that incorporates used sodium vapor reflectors, LED tape, and a blue incandescent light bulb to be an ‘Eye’ on the city of New York. It sat on the home’s private balcony facing the Queensboro Bridge and the East River for two years.
